A seven-member Board of Directors elected by the shareholders govern the cooperative, its assets and administration, ensuring hassle-free living. The Board meets monthly and there is an Annual Meeting to which all shareholders are invited. The Association maintains a Property Manager to coordinate financial services, bills, maintenance, and our 3-person staff. The Manager also coordinates with the Poningo Neck Apartment Corp., our immediate neighbors, and communicates directly with our shareholders on projects, issues, and upcoming events .
