What are the parking arrangements for shareholders?
Each unit is assigned one or two indoor parking spaces predicated upon the terms of the
proprietary lease.Townhomes have individual garages.
Is there a policy regarding rental of apartment units and townhomes?
The rental of a unit or townhouse is limited to one year for good cause. Board approval is required.
What is the policy regarding architectural renovations and landscape changes?
Prior written board approval is required for all renovations or remodeling.
What are the rules for moving in and out?
The Managing Agent must receive written notification of the intended move in/out date at least 5 business
days in advance. A $1,000 security deposit against damages is required.
Are pets permitted?
Milton Harbor House maintains a no pet policy.
