The Square House Museum -The Square House was built between 1675 and 1683. During 1774, John and Samuel Adams stayed at the Square House as they traveled to and from the Continental Congress. George Washington also slept there.
The Timothy Knapp House -Timothy Knapp built the oldest part of the house sometime between 1667 and 1680. The Knapp House is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and has been designated a landmark by the City of Rye. It is considered to be the oldest residential property in Westchester County.
John Jay Heritage Center -The 23-acre Jay property overlooks Long Island Sound and was the boyhood home of founding father John Jay.
